The draft constitution of the new Diocesan Pastoral Council and the draft framework document were examined at a meeting on Sunday 18 November, 2009.  It attendance were Cardinal Brady, Bishop Clifford, the chairperson and members of the Diocesan Pastoral Council, members of the co-ordinating group of the Diocesan Pastoral Plan and the working groups of the Diocesan Pastoral Plan.
Consequently both documents were redrafted at a meeting of the co-ordinating group of the Diocesan Pastoral Plan at its meeting on Friday 20 November 2009.
