An evening of Prayer for Healing and Reconciliation with First Class Relic of St (Padre) Pio will be held in St Mochua’s Church, Derrynoose, on Thursday 4 May 2017. Several priests will be available for confession from 6.45pm. Holy Mass at 7.30pm. Blessing with the relic after Mass. All are welcome.
There will be a procession from the Market Square in Dundalk at 2pm to the Dominican Friary, Dundalk to mark the beginning of the Fatima Novena.

Saturday 13th May: Mass at 3pm (after procession)
Sunday 14th May: Mass at 10.30am and 6.15pm (evening session with anointing of the sick)
Monday 15th May to Friday 19th May: Mass at 10am and 6.15pm
(confession on Friday 11am – 6pm)
Saturday 20th May: Mass at 10am and 6.15pm
Sunday 21st May: Closing Mass at 6.15pm

9 Day “Pentecost Novena” Fri 26th May — Sat 3rd June Eve of Pentecost Sunday
To mark 500 years since the Reformation, a talk will be given by internationally acclaimed historian, Fr. Oliver P Rafferty SJ (Professor of history at Boston College) – in St. Oliver Plunkett Church in Blackrock, Co. Louth. The title is “Martin Luther and Reform of the Church”. The talk begins at 7pm on Thursday 1st June and will last for 40 mins with 15 mins for Q&A.

Composed for the Octo Centenary Celebration of Ballintubber Abbey, Mayo, Ireland. It was launched at the Los Angeles Religious Education Conference at the Anaheim Convention Centre, L.A. in February. It is published by GIA Music.
Composed in melodic and accessible form for Choirs ( Soprano
Alto and Men ) It includes piano accompaniment, guitar chords and notation for C Instrument and is beautifully arranged by Paul Tate who previously collaborated with me on The Glendalough Mass.
